Milo 121 3hrs before next shot- do I shoot or skip?

Get a +11 or +11.5 and post it here. Too early to say where he's going to be at PMPS.

What dosing method are you following? You should put either TR or SLGS in your signature and the spreadsheet. The spreadsheet format isn't exactly the same as ours, I suspect you got if from a FB group?

Here's the link to your most recent post, on our Feline Health forum, for a little more background:

I'd still like to know when you switched him to low carb food, as that seems to be making a difference.

Do you have a hand held meter, or are use just using the Libre? The Libre often reads lower than a hand held meter.

Hi! Yes it’s from the FB diabetes group. I don’t know what TR and SLGS is?
I switched him to low carb food when I inherited him 7 weeks ago. I have a hand held meter. He’s not keen on being tested. The Libre has been much less traumatic
For him and me. My mom never tested him - so his whole history is unknown besides what I have here.

This Sticky Note describes the two dosing methods we use here:
Dosing Methods: Start Low, Go Slow (SLGS) & Tight Regulation (TR)
The dosing methods are what we use to decide how to change the dose, and when it needs to be changed. Most people pick one or the other. Suggestions on what to shoot with lower preshots would be based on the dosing method you want to use, and level of experience and ability to monitor that cycle. Plus you need to have high carb food on hand, just in case.

Ok. I have high carb food on hand. I’m just trying to get a handle on him and these numbers today are exciting and unexpected. I’m just nervous and don’t want to screw up.

You saw what he can do today when you shot a 156. It doesn't mean he won't dive tonight, but he could also bounce. Hence the need to be prepared. His numbers have definitely improved.
