I have no idea why he is so high this evening.
He definitely will need to increase,
I have been giving him these Thunder Wunder Chamomile, Amino acid calming treats that are no calorie but have inactive corn starch in them. I wonder if they are causing the higher numbers or if it is just the nature of this disease

How often does he get the treats? Most treats are high carb except freeze dried meat.

It’s possible he dropped lower in the am cycle today after +5 164 and is bouncing.
Or he might just be being a cat!

I have been giving them nightly for about a week. As I said they have Chamomile , Tryptophan and Thiamine- amino acid as active ingredients - more of a calming agent than food, but I also noticed corn starch as a inactive ingredient . I was concerned about the corn starch . I am going to stop these morsels

It is possible that he dropped lower. Tomorrow I am off and can catch him at other times. And he may just be a cat.
