Im not going to complain. But we have a green preshoot (4.3). This is i hasten to add after a reasonable meal 2 hours ago, making it doubly baffling!!

Even after 'dinner' and a 1 hour wait we are 7.8. Something going on! Shooting as per specialist instructions so please dont copy :)

Nice!!! Thanks for adding that disclaimer too. I know it's in your signature, but it's good to have for today's dosing. Things are looking up (anti jinx!!).

Thanks - yes he has a sliding scale designed by the specialist based on his +1, so as they say don't try this at home. He is feeling very happy this evening :cat:

Is there somewhere to read about this U.K. Protocol and what they are adding to the insulin? Wonder if they would share it with US vets?

Remember we don't know if Cappuccino or Migs are on Exanetide. They could also be on saline injections :). But I must admit Migs is throwing some very encouraging signs last 4 days and Cappuccino is showing encouraging signs of remission for longer.

I really hope this clinical trial is a success - were kitties with co-morbid conditions excluded (those with hx of pancreatitis, IBD, etc)?

Major exclusions were history of steroid use, acromegaly and other 'major underlying disease'. Migs has some evidence of pancreatitis in the past (and possibly even at the time of screening), so doesn't seem like they considered that major underlying disease.

Angel was on this trial in 2014 and thanks to it he spent over 2 years in remission. Go Migs! Have a look at my spreadsheet if you like to see Angel's patterns. (found it easier to convert to us measurements)
