She has been on 1/2 unit for a week. Can anyone look at the spreadsheet and give me feedback? Do you think 1/2 unit is still the right dose? I have posted on the relaxed lantus board but haven't been getting many replies.
 
Well she has only been on 1/2 unit consistently for 7 cycles. Before that there' were a few skips. Every time you skip you drain the lantus depot and you get set back a little.

I would hold It a little longer, if only so you can get a curve or some night tests in to see how she is really doing and let the dose settle in a bit better. I would be scared to incerase without knowing how low she goes at night.
 
I will be gone for a week, in a week, so hopefully 1/2 unit will be ok until I return. I don't know if my cat sitters will test (probably not) so I would rather give a little less insulin than too much.
