can someone explain the drops version of micro dosing>?
Looks like draw a .5 and squeeze out drops?

we are at .25u and falling so I need some advice.

You practice with a syringe and water.
Measure a half unit into the syringe.
Slowly and carefully squeeze out drops to determine how many you can get out of that 0.5 units, making each drop about the same size.
Once you've got the number of drops per half unit determined, you start reducing the dose by squeezing out progressively more drops (into the sink, though, not back into the syringe as that would contaminate the insulin with syringe lubricant)

You can also try the fat 0 option - just above the line, but not halfway between.
