this is urgant if anyone can tell me how much methal B12 they give there cats to help with nuropothy i would really appriciate it my mom and i are going to the vet now to ask about it

I gave my baby 1 tablet (5mg) per day. I would crush and mix in his wet food.

I bought these Pure encapsulations Methylcobalamin 1,000 mcg. capsules from our local health food store, and give J.D. one capsule a day. I just open up the capsule and sprinkle it on top of his food.
I've heard they just pee out what they don't need.

Dont be surprised if your Vet isnt accepting of this method. I gave my kitty 5mg in each meal. It helped him a lot.

The average daily dose is 3 mg (3000 mcg)- 5 mg (5000 mcg).

Also, would you please remove the 911 from your original post, as this is not an emergency (meaning your cat isn't dying or in dire condition) and we typically reserve the 911 for those kinds of emergencies.

the only reason i did that was because i was going to the vet and i needed to know before i got there
