Merry 11/22 pmps 254 Had a Yellow Day

Hi guys,

Now that I'm using the FSL meter Merry was all in the yellows today, which is much nicer to see than all pinks I'm going to test him before bed at +3 or +4 but tonight I need to sleep through the night because I have a long day of driving tomorrow so need to be rested. I'm taking one of my other kitties to Alta Vista Animal Hospital in Ottawa to see the Opthamologist & Cardiologist, which is a 3 hr drive each way for me. That means I'll be gone all day (the last thing I'll do before I leave in the morning is test Merry's BG & give him his insulin & food) & I won't be home until 5pm or later. My husband can test Merry's BG at +4 tomorrow during the day if you think he should & of course as soon as I get home I'll be checking his BG as well.

Yes, I think your DH should test Merry when he can tomorrow. Good luck with the Civvie at the Ophthalmologist and Cardiologist. Drive safely.

FYI, on your SS, last night's PMPS isn't showing up. When you get the chance, please check it and see if you can figure out what's causing an error.

My hubby checked Merry’s BG at +4 and he’s 9.1 when I checked at amps he was 14. He’s going to check him again in 2 hrs. So nice to be seeing yellows & some blues . I’ll update his SS tonight when I’m back home.
