I am not sure about this food so I figured I would post here and ask. My husband got 12 containers free and brought them home, the protein is 9% and crude fat is 2.0 %, crude fiber is 1.5%, moisture is 82.0%, ash is 3.0%and taurine is 0.05%. This is for the Salmon and Red Snapper one.
The other is Tuna and Shrimp and the protein is 12.0%, the crude fat is 1.8%, the crude fiber is 1.5 %, moisture is 82.0 %, and the ash is 3.0, the taurine is 0.05%.
Is this enough info to let me know if it's ok or not for Loki?
Thanks,

All of these include food starch, and starch means carbs. Based on the ingredients, i would not feed these to a diabetic cat. This is my personal opinion, but I would also be wary of feeding anything that doesn't specify the type of starch (corn, potato, pea, etc.) in the food.

Maybe you can donate them to the SPCA?
