Phil & Garfunkel
Member Since 2011
Hi everyone,
So a few days after my last thread regarding Garfunkel's health issues, the chest x-ray came back and showed a growth, likely a tumor, inside his trachea. By this point in time, he was even regurgitating the CatSure liquid nutrition, and I could see that he was extremely sad and losing weight.
Given his age, and prognosis, in the hardest decision I've ever had to make, I had the vet put Garfunkel to sleep Monday afternoon.
He was with me for nine and a half years (though turning eighteen, since I adopted him as a senior), and was just about the sweetest charmer there was.
I would like to share the memorial video I made with everyone.
Thank you for helping us get through his diabetes in the past.
I miss my friend.

Wonderful tribute!
