Hope that, she through up the dry food, i have should not fill her with too much food at one time but i feel scared

It's understandable! We all know how terrifying all of this is, especially in the first few weeks, but, really, you have things more under control than you think!

But vomiting start to worry me, is it normal in deabitic cat, or is it because the BG going up and down or something more series, do i need to take her to the vet??

do mot know if we have these product here but i will try to get something like it
Where are you?

Is she pooping? Sorry if you all ready said this, I am making dinner and didn't go through the whole thread. If they are constipated, they can get quite nauseas and vomit.

I am in Bahrain , middle east

Yes she is pooping but thought could it be from honey??

She did not through up when i gave her pancake syrup but with honey she through up or maybe it is the dry food.

It is possible from the pancake syrup. Look and see if corn syrup is in the ingredients. My cats can not tolerate anything with corn syrup. If the syrup has corn syrup in it, I would not give it again and only give honey if you need to steer. Honey is so pure.......just a few drops.

With the throwing up, it may not even be a particular food, just too many kinds of food, or too much rich food, or something like that. Hoping it's just something minor like that, and just a one-time thing!

I was out today, congrats on the reduction ..,scary but good stuff. Hope you both can get a break and her tummy feels better .

The low number today could be related to her throwing up. I know with Marvin, the first time he throw up after being dx with diabetes and on insulin, he got his first low number, and it was a quick drop. It wasn't immediate, it dropped in the next cycle. Hopefully her stomach will settle down.

Murphy used to have very quick drops and he would vomit - the vet said those wild swings could definitely cause nausea and vomiting. He also threw up sometimes after I had to give him syrup due to low numbers.
