She is not on here yet. Vet increased Vetsulin to 3 units. Not home testing. Cat was lethargic she tested. 95 at +2.5.

Not quite correct. Vet just raised dose today. This us the results.

Human. She is using hers. She was not testing at all. Still in safe zone but dropped fast in +2.5 and +3 . Waiting for next test.

Thank goodness she had access to that meter!

Unfortunately I can't stay - just took my sleep medication and about to pass out. Fingers and paws crossed for a safe and uneventful cycle.

She rubbed a little syrup on his gums and now he's eating some

If ER trip doesn't happen, will need to intensively monitor right throughout the cycle till at least +10 (sometimes the chrystalline fraction can tamp down BGs a little between +7 and +10).

If it were my cat, I would reduce the next dose. Vetsulin doses which produce nadirs under 100 aren't really desirable because there's not enough of a safety margin should a cushion against unexpected factors be needed during the cycle.

He's still at the vet they kept him to monitor. His level was 404 at 7am eastern time. So they gave him 2 units and calling his pcp today to figure out a plan.
