Morning, everyone. A little late getting my numbers posted, but I have a few minutes to kill at work.

-0 288 (2 units, 40g food)
+1 488 (20g. food)

If last evening is any indication, he will be in the 400s for three hours this morning, then in 300s for another hour or two. I'm surprised at how high he spikes right after eating. If I wasn't so sure it would cause an outright rebellion with Melville, I would like to try waiting to feed him until an hour after his shot. He's cranky enough as it is, though. The last thing we need is an assassination attempt by the FLF (Feline Liberation Front).

Oooh, down to 154 at +10. Now, the big question: will he bounce, or will he drop? The suspense is killing me! Can't wait to get home tonight! (Yes, it's a Friday night, we're a young couple without kids, living in a town with some of the best food and drinks in the South, and here I am excited about testing my cat's BG... someone slap me!)

That is weird that he rises so high at the +1,
does he always do that? I dont think I have ever seen that kind of raise...
Could that have been a meter misfire?
Great +10...but undertand about the "cant wait to see what his number is"
especially when they are giving out good numbers!!

A suggestion...When you are getting crazy #'s within a small frame of time you may want to try the meter on yourself to see whether your meter is accurate. Is it holding steady on your own BG or fluctuating on you as well..? That way you can rule out a faulty meter.
