I wanted to share pictures of our new kittens, Wile E. and Twist. They are 12 week old American Curl brothers. Bringing a lot of joy back into our home... Hope you guys and all the kitties are doing well, and I'm sorry I've been absent so long.

That's 10 minutes a day... but you're right about who is training who! I've tried to work with them a little bit individually, but I think they are still too young. Distracted by anything else, or they want to snuggle in my lap, which is okay!

Awwwww....they're so cute!!! My son has deliveries to the Huron Valley Animal Shelter - he keeps telling me that I should go and look at the 'new models' of kittens they have there!! I keep telling him I have my hands quite full at the moment with my girl Luci...Those little thangs you've got there look like they're ready to decimate that sofa! Look at those CLAWS! We'll be interested to hear how the training is going - your training that is They sure are cute...shouldn't take them long to get you where you're supposed to be

Squee!! I wish them long, healthy, happy lives--and they already have the blessing of you as their wonderful momma.

But how do you tell them apart? LOL

It can be a challenge, especially at a distance! They have some light reddish-cream coloring on their tails and Wile E.'s is a little darker (for now...). Twist has a broader face/nose. Also, their personalities are quite different. Twist is a little wary of being touched, but Wile E. can't get enough.

Those little thangs you've got there look like they're ready to decimate that sofa!

So far they are doing pretty good at using the scratching posts and my furniture remains intact.

They are best buds and call for each other if they are in different rooms, and meow while using the box so the other will come watch or help out. And the meows they make when it's mealtime... OMG, soooo pitiful and cute.

They "wrestle to the death" when they get bored with toys and take turns being the aggressor. The breed is called the Peter Pan of cats because they remain very playful throughout their lives. They better, or I want my money back!

I miss Maggie terribly, but I'm so glad to have cat fur all over my house again.
