Mark's Marine Question

Hello,

It's been a very long time since I posted anything on here...

Hope all the kitties are doing well. :cat:

Rudy is about the same as he was since my last post. Numbers are still averaging around 250. Vet check last week was fine. He's healthy and his bloodwork was perfect. He's happy and his usual sunny self at home. I guess it's all I can ask for at this point.

I came on to post a question about ordering from Mark's Marine. We're switching back to Lantus and I'm picking up the script from my vet today. Should the name on my account/order be in Rudy's name or mine? My vet usually writes the script in my name with a "for Rudy" after it. I don't want the pharmacy to kick it out.

PS - His ss hasn't been updated in ages, so don't look at it.
 
I'm sorry Levemir didn't work well for Rudy. I'm glad you threw that in there not to look at the SS or I would have. :smuggrin: I'm glad Rudy is still doing well. :bighug:

I have no personal experience with ordering from Mark's Marine.
 
Hi. The Levemir is working just as good/bad as the Lantus did. We're switching back for cost reasons. Have been unable to source Levemir in the supply closet on here. And it's way more expensive out of pocket than Lantus.

The cheapest way I have found to get Lantus is to use this coupon. Some have said it doesn't work for animals, but I had no issues getting this filled at Costco recently.

It shouldn't matter how the script is written.

Marks fills for lots of us and I'm sure they'll fill it....and if they have any questions, they'll call you!!
