You can add a signature by clicking on your name at the top right corner and choose signature. Add info such as your pets name, date diagnosed, insulin type, food you're feeding and any other health concerns, then click save. It can't be long or it won't take.

TY all! Got approval and opened communications with my vet on slgs. Increased to 1.75u bid lantus. Using alphatrak and matrix human at PS and going to curve again on Sunday. Have SS on my todo list! Also will post on lantus page. Have been learning from you every day!
