Hi -
I am Maddie's Mom and she was just diagnosed yesterday with diabetes. To say the least, I was devastated and shed many tears. Today, I am taking the bull by the horns and reading all that I can about the disease. I have a wonderful vet who has been practicing for 20 years. She has eight cats of her own and two dogs. I hope to be able to learn from other members of this message board. Thanks for listening.
