Hope all in LevLand are doing well. I'm getting stronger, but still having mobility issues from the peripheral neuropathy (chemo side effect). Kitties are so lucky that the methyl-B12 resolves their problems so quickly. Nothing but time seems to available to us human sufferers.
Lucy is a bit of a mystery these days. She'll be 21 this summer, and like human geriatrics she is quite demanding of anything she wants. Although she has taken a couple of short walks in this garden this spring, she spends most of her days sleeping. Some days she doesn't need insulin and other days she's in the 300s. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason, so we are just taking things on a day-to-day basis. A couple of weeks ago, I thought she was ready to make "the" trip, but then she bounced back and is once again her same irrascible self. For an old girl whose been diabetic for 6 years, has hyperthyroidism, and high blood pressure as well as arthritis, I think she's doing pretty well.
