Lucy consultation please again

Haven't posted in a long time, I'm wondering if I'm doing the right thing with our girl Lucy. The past couple of weeks she has been having low numbers. When I skip her dose, she is high, so I've been giving her half her usual dose, but when I check mid-day, she doesn't drop, in fact her curve usually looks upside down. There is not rhyme or reason it seems. Am I missing something here? Suggestions? Same routine, feeding FF three times per day.

It looks like she is in regulated numbers, which is great. Overall, she looks good.

The gaps in your ss make it hard to figure out, so a curve might be valuable. The cycles from 9/25 to 9/28 look good - i would assume she went down to a nice nadir, but not low enough to cause a bounce. On 9/30 she might have gone down enough to cause that pink pmps. The dose for that pink looks good. Once you get a curve and on days you can monitor, you might increase a smidgen. Maybe .5 on those +150 preshots? Then try to catch a nadir so you know if she bounces.
