? Lowering ALT Levels?

Luna's ALT levels are above 500 which is 200 higher than it was last year. What can I do to bring it down? I was using Denosyl before which did nothing (for 2 years), and am going to buy straight milk thistle 175mg. Any other suggestions?

Does the vet know why her ALT is elevated? Any other liver enzymes elevated?

No. 3 vets all just said take denosyl or the other one (I forgot the name). Obviously neither of them worked. Nothing else is elevated liver-wise.
