Low carb and phosphorus wet cat food

Any help with suggestions regarding low carb wet cat food with low phosphorus for borderline kidney numbers and diabetes please.Would appreciate any thoughts.

There is a product that helps cats with borderline numbers. I just started both cats on it. Porus One - for the support of feline kidney health Chewy's pharmacy sells it for less than what your vet may charge. It's a powder you mix into canned food.
