Hi
Trouble has been doing great- he has gained weight, wonderful energy, good bathroom habits, and is eating well. He has also decreased from 2 U to 1U in the past 10 days!
I have noticed every other day or so in the litter box a stickier pee- not as large but somewhat similar to what all his clumping pee was like in the litter before his diagnosis. It is not there every time he pees. I did read online that humans can sometimes release ketones when they drop too low- and I am wondering if this may be the case for him- If you look at his spreadsheet he has been riding the low greens for some time - but has not had a hypo incident that we are aware off.
Everything else appears normal- and we have not been testing for ketones at this point. His kidney levels where find 5 weeks ago at the vet, and he is not peeing or drinking more than normal.
Just wondering why this may happen and any advice you may have.
I have been getting lots of help for the reductions in the Lantus forum
Wishing you all a wonderful holiday weekend!
