Lovey AMPS 260 +5.5 114 + 6 91 + 6.3 77 reduce?

Lovey is often at 110-130 at about hour 5 or 6. Today I checked at 5.5 and she was 114. I figured I would check again before I left the house and she was 91 and then 77. I will reduce.
