His new numbers from yesterday..... thinks fat unit is closer to 1.25 .....wants to know if she should increase to 1.5 for a couple of day....perhaps over the week end when she can test??????

I would stick with 1.25 and get any mid cycle tests possible. Try to hold off on any increase until the weekend when she can be there to observe?
