My 16 year old Cat was diagnosed with diabetes around a year ago. She is on caninsulin 3 units every 12 hours. She has an issue with loose stool. Sometimes I notice she poops normally and then she goes back and poops again and it is watery/loose. She is eating Blue buffalo wilderness adult dry and Blue buffalo wet. I also tried fancy feast singles and it has not improved. She eats and drinks normally. Any suggestions?

sorry you're not getting any better advice than mine, someone will pick up on this soon.
For now try and keep her on one particular food for 72 hours and see what happens. Keep track of her numbers, water intake, any other food or even plants she may have gotten into. What we don't want is that hideous black diarrhea or anything with blood in it. Any chance you could get her weighed?
Caninsulin is a dog insulin and it's harsh on a cat's systems, it's all I knew before I came her. That would be something to think about long term.
and we have the same birthday, first time I've seen that here although another member was born in the same hospital as me. o_O
