First time for starting one of these :smile:
I was out at the edge of the woods looking to see if my Lily of the Valley, had started coming up. Not yet.
I couldn' t find the Trillium either. I hope it's just too early .
I found a ton of leeks. I've never cooked with them, but locally (Buffalo), leek and ham soup and casseroles is a big deal.
Is that a local thing?
I was raised in Pgh, and never heard of it. But then, in Pgh, rhubarb was everywhere, and I never hear of it around here. My mom loved to make rhubarb pie.....I hated it.
