Loose Lips: HALLOWEEN PARTY TONIGHT!!

Yo Kitties,
All LL kitties are invited to our annual Halloween Party at CAMP STU! We will have a wonderful time. This is the best party of the year. Halloween is when the veil between the earthly realm and the heavenly realm is the thinnest and we will be able to see and communicate with our pals at the Bridge. We will sing our LL songs and the Bridge Celestial Chorus, led by our beloved Moonie, will serenade us. Chefs Mannie and Stu will be cooking up Halloween treats in the "Two Chefs' Kitchen" at the Bridge for the GAs and we will be cookin' up our LL Halloween treats on the grill and the woodstove at Camp Stu. We will dine by candlelight. It will be great to see all our old pals again. Oh so many--too many. We love them all and will bond with them again tonight.
See you all later. Tess will pick you up in the LL Kitty Bus; Maui's plane will have pontoons to land on the lake, for those who wish to come by air.

Here's the MENU! Kitchen Krew, report for duty! All kitties who want to come early to help with the cooking and to decorate the cabin are welcome.

Appetizers: Witches' Micro Brews; Double-Trouble Niptinis; Green Grog; Deviled Black-duck Eggs; Mousefoot Salsa on Nip Crackers; Bubbling Cauldron Cheese Dip; Spicy Pumpkin Seeds; FishEye Sushi.

Entrees: Baked Rats in Puff Pastry; Brunswick Stew; Howling Buffalo Wings; Ghoulish Goulash; Crunchy Tarantula Tacos; Turkey-Pumpkin Casserole; Eyes of Newt.

Salad: Tossed Witches' Broom.

Desserts: Cimmamum Cobweb Cookies; Jack-o-Lantern Cake; Black Cheesecakes (made by Black Cats); Pumpkin Bars.

I just joined the forum, but I lost my 15 year old Persian in July to renal failure and my 6 month old kitten Erik to an undiagnosed blood disorder. It has been a tough year emotionally with losing them and then Heffernan's diagnosis.

As we remember all our kitties we've lost, let's rejoice in the fact that they're happy, healthy and watching over us at all times. Let's make the next year one that honors them by helping others just learning this dance to live longer, healthier lives too!

All us kitties have sung our songs, feasted on our treats, admired the great costumes, and now we are about to light our candles for the Circle of Remembrance. I can hear the celestial voices of the Bridge chorus. I can smell the wonderful smells from the Two Chefs' Kitchen. All us LL kitties are in awe as we see and hear our beloved GAs through the veil. They tell us always to be courageous, to treasure our beans, to love one another, and to keep them in our thoughts until we meet again. We will always remember.

Hello all, I miss all the fun parties in LL! I am sure all the kitties are having a wonderful time! It has been a hard year losing my beautiful boy Scrabble. It was such a nice thing seeing his name in the list but also heart breaking. I miss everyone and know I think of you all often!

Thanks to Sienne for all the remembrances, for the list, allowing us to remember them all. I have been thinking of these kitties all day today. This was Mannie's fav day to celebrate, to remember all those that have gone before, embrace all those that are still with us.
