Hey Kitties! Tonight is the Full Harvest Moon. We party! All kitties invited! The party will be in my barn and I have invited the deer family to join us. Tess will pick you up in the Kitty Bus, and Maui is planning to fly kitties here in the jet (with Elsa at the controls). We'll sing our moon songs, dance our moon dances, howl at the moon, and have a Circle of Remembrance for our GAs.
Here's the menu. Kitchen Krew, come early, we've got to harvest some of the fuds:

FULL HARVEST MOON Menu:

Appetizers: Adirondack Moon Microbrews; Shine-on Niptinis; Bog Clams on the Half-Moonshell; Chestnut Dip on Nip Crackers; Meatballs in Fresh Basil/tomato Sauce; Assorted Paw Prints Pizza Moons.
Entrees: Mouse-Harvest Bonanza Stew; Grilled Trout with Rosemary; Wild-Turkey Burgers with Celeriac Fries; Roasted Grouse; Chef Mannie's Renowned PNW Poached Sockeye Salmon with Catnip Mayo; Chef Rusty's Thunderin' Bison Chili.
Salads: Butthead's & Donny's Adirondack Field greens with Arugula and Wildflower Garnish.
Desserts: LL Chief Pastry Chef Tess' Full Moon Surprise; Moon Pies; Maggie's Signature Cheesecakes with Adirondack Blueberries; Tobey's Cimmamum Cookies; Chef Stu's World Famous Catmint Parfaits.

Hi Rusty.....can me and my bruzzer Tux, come too? We would luvs to sing, although I kind of mew and chirp, but Tux is a real good singer. I can bring Checkers' specialty, Tuna Canapes.

Hi Ella.....Clancy has his bags packed, assuming all kitties are invited. He'll be waiting at the front door, for pickup.
Checkers told him long ago, that he isn't allowed to bring back gossip. :-D
 
Hi Ella,
Just dropping by to visit some of my friends and kitties and glad i did so as the Full Moon parties bring back a lot of good memories. Mags just loved the deer family and to help out with the Kitchen Krew.

Hey Rusty, you have outdone yourself, as always, with that menu. Maggie is looking down and so happy to see her Signature Cheesecake on the menu.

Hey Rusty,

The jet is gassed and all ready to go. I even have my now infamous CATapult in tow! Wanna be first to use it tonight! :-D It works really good and if you wear your lovelyuniform, err outfit the one with the cape and blue speedo, you can pretend you are Super Kitty! Doesn't that sound like fun!

And for all the kitties that ride in the jet, I have another surprise in store for them! We now have a niptini fountain, so the drinks will flow, hopefully nobody will swim in the fountain, otherwise the drinks will be full of kitty fur :o!

I'm going to take a cat nap now so I can be all set and ready for tonight. Oh and my roomie Buster said asked if she can come, she is very shy so we have to be nice, but she is hoping to see Jake and Sydney tonight, she said she misses them and Jake hasn't come to visit lately.

This was taken this morning as the full moon was setting...
I guess it made waking up at 4:30 am today worth it. ;-) Since I have to do the same tomorrow morning, I'll be asleep long before your party starts. But I'm sure Bob will sneak out to attend.

I agree Carl :lol: :lol: I will be sound asleep too but maybe Hoot and Bob can sneak out together :lol: Have a great time boys and behave yourselves...or maybe not :lol: :lol:
 
The menu looks spectacular! Zener is so excited to taste the grouse. Tillie is staring intently at the woodpile, hoping to catch a mouse so she doesn't have to come to the party empty-pawed.

So looking forward to hearing about all of our GA kitties.

I iz out da door, along with all civvie posse, including my civvie GA Mario, and GA Mr Kitty who I never met, but who sent me to this home where they take care of me. I can't wait to see my BFF Maggie and sweet handsome Checkers tonight, along with all our other LL angels.

Yo Kitties, (and Beans),
This is one fabulous full-moon party. The moon is so bright we can look at it and see the faces of our GAs, looking back at us and smiling. We miss them very much--all the wonderful old timers and our newest GAs. Tonight in our Remembrance Circle we celebrate the lives of our friends who have left for the Bridge very recently: Checkers, Charlie, Maggie, Zeus and his civie sister Smokey, Tashie, Fitzel, civie Mullet. We will see all our GAs again on Halloween, the most magical night of the year, when the veil between our realms is the thinnest. Until then, party on! Look at the Full Harvest Moon!

I am allll ready to party all night! It's almost 1am here and I just gave my mom a (42) to make sure she stays up, too! :lol: Menu sounds delicious - can't wait to see everyone! ~ Hershey
 
Hmmmmm........I noticed all three cats....even Gus....are gone and there is no cimmamum left in the house. Very suspicious! I hope they are not all making so much noise that you can't sleep, Ella!
