I think this is just a bounce and it could clear by AM. really not sure what I would do. maybe feed and test in a n hour and if no better , go ahead and shoot .1

She's been eating all day - - canned Sophistacat Special Diet Turkey -- 6% of cals from carbs, lower phos than most canned foods.

I think I will ride this out and see what she is in the morning - I hate to jump the gun.

I haven't been around a lot lately, but seems to me most who do an OTJ trial have been hanging in the low blues and greens for at least a week or two before attempting the trial. Since she's on the third floor now (pink), I hope you gave her a little bitty dose to bring her down.

Just my 2 cents.

a little background.......Jane was OTJ for five years until her thyroid went crazy, what, three weeks ago? four?

anyway, i'm giving her just a crack o daylight under the zero line, and had to feed her HC to get her up out of the danger zone.

thought we'd try OTJ to see if she's back in remission, but hard to tell. the high #s could be bounce from last night - hard to reduce an almost-zero dose..... so we'll ride this out, feed, and see what she gives us in the morning.

I just caught up with Jill, and she said she was glad you're waiting til tomorrow to shoot. She said 12 hours won't hurt and it might help. It's up to you, though.

for what it's worth, I vote for the ride it out till morning plan.
If she's high in the morning I'd try a 0.05 and see if that will bring her down without DRIVING her down.
I'm sending loads of positive energy and good number vibes!!
