Hiya Shari & Max.. 911 icon got my attention in Health (linking the condo for those here) Health Condo
Without data it isn't possible to give any dosing advice.. it just isn't. I know you said you don't have a spreadsheet.. hopefully you will soon.
Lantus works best with a consistent dose & a consistent schedule, skipping shots, etc. is no good..
Others will chime in now that I have bumped. Good Luck...
