Looking for iphone app to track everything (blood glucose, insulin, etc.)

Hello,

My sweet 12 yo tuxedo Bergles was just diagnosed with diabetes (588 blood glucose). We've just started insulin. My vet said there are many good apps out there to track everything. I can't seem to find a good one for an iphone that is easy to use and isn't too complex. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I tried a few apps but couldn't find any that I liked, most seemed too complicated. Here we use google spreadsheets (you can see mine in my signature below that says Panic's Spreadsheet). Instructions to make one are below, or a mod is happy to set them up for you.
