Looking for help in my area - Good Central PA vets?

Hi all, I'm in South Central PA (south of Harrisburg) and have decided to get a second opinion on Turkey. I think he should be on a different food and insulin combo but since he has CKD (which has now reversed after eating KD for a year) I'd like to get a vet's opinion on reaching that balance. Though my home testing has been sporadic the past few weeks due to travel, he's following a general pattern of very high morning numbers, a quick nadir at +3 or +4 and back high by + 8 to +10. He's continuing to lose weight and drinking as much as ever. I wanted to check here to see if anyone is in this area and has recommendations for vets that they've used for feline diabetes. If this is the wrong spot to post this, I'm happy to move it!
