Looking for good vet in Spokane area

A friend of mine is moving to Spokane, WA in a few weeks. She is looking for a good cat vet out there. I told her I'd ask you guys. So anyone have a suggestion?

If they were going two hours south I could give a lot of recommendations... have them contact SCRAPS (http://www.spokanecounty.org/scraps/) its the largest shelter in Spokane and they're really good. I'm sure they can give your friend some recommendations.
