I hate to say, but Zoey snuck out of the house and went on a kibble krawl last night. Found her with her head buried in the bowl, stuffing her face with as much as she could fit even as we pulled her off the dish. (smh) ....
they have a way of finding food! It'll eventually clear her system - in fact, it'll be interesting for you to see how long it takes. You might make a note of when you think it's cleared in her ss, just in case it happens again. sneaky kitters!
Oh Zoey, how could you? Neko's nemesis is wheat based products (muffins, banana bread, scones, etc.) She once got into some bread starter and started black in the morning and hit green that night. Sneaky critters! You aren't the first whose cat has done a kibble raid.
I'm imagining Zoey as a rebellious teenager, scaling the house and sneaking out to a kibble party with her friends. Good thing you caught her before she came back with a tattoo!
@Wendy&Neko I think black to green is what Zoey has in store for us tonight! ....
@BJM We have a couple of acres of land. While I thought she was napping in the bathroom with the rubber stopper under the door to keep her from opening it, she mysteriously exited the bathroom and made her way out the sliding doors, around the back of the house and up to the side where she shimmied her way under the garage doors before honing in on the kibble in her sisters' (she's one of five) bowl. (Still have two that won't eat only wet yet)
@Jmeli, she loves everything. Absolutely everything... while it lasts.
@julie & punkin (ga) ... the day has been interesting to say the least. this is the lowest we've ever shot so ....
Will anyone be around later tonight to peek in on us? Her nadir is usually about 6 hours (11:30 et) but it's been a weird day today with the big drop so .... new territory.
Woohoo on that lowest yet preshot. And nice to see that blue +3. I might get a +5 instead of waiting 3 hours for the next test. Zoey seems to nadir a little earlier if she starts lower. Neko did the same on Lantus.
