Not a bad start of the day since he is still working on filling his shed/depot...in the very beginning with Lantus it takes about 5-7 days for that depot to fill, so right now most of what you are giving is going to fill that depot and not to Loki to help bring down his BGs...once it is full then he will start being able to use the entire 1u to help lower his BGs..

The biggest word with Lantus is...PATIENCE!! :-D

And the next biggest word is NADIRS ;-)

Testing around +5 to +7 will help you see how low Loki goes, especially as you test out this first doseage level.
