I have found a petsitter for Linus and the horses. She's an EMT, so shots and testing shouldn't be an issue, once I teach her. As much as I will miss his fuzzy face, I feel better that he won't have to travel and I won't risk him getting out and getting lost. I'll show her this board, and I will be available by phone and hopefully she can update his spreadsheet.

Numbers lately haven't been much different, but nadirs have been lower when I've been able to check. I didn't see improvement by increasing to 1.4u, so we dropped back down to 1.2u. Pierre thinks we may do better by dropping than by raising and maybe it's worth a try. We've never actually tried anything under 1u, so when we get back we may do that.

It was good to meet Lu-Ann and Grayson last week in Fort Collins. Hope everyone has good numbers today and the rest of the week!

We'll be gone about 10 days, from the 2nd until the 12th. Visiting Mom and Dad in Idaho and then camping a few days on the way home. I knew I could take Linus if I needed to, but I know this is best, for his stress level and for mine. He's been doing ok, numbers aren't fantastic but they are mostly consistent. It will be interesting to see how he does for 10 days without sneaking dog food.

Better watch out - Linus may have played "Let's Make a Deal" w/ the dog... leaving some food out where he can get it. I heard Grayson giving instructions to someone about how to open Tupperware cannisters!

Hope you guys have a great trip and enjoy your visit w/ your parents! Congrats on the pet-sitter!

Board up the windows & doors. That girl :RAHCAT from IHop might be over to see Linus while you are gone.

Have a relaxing & wonderful trip! :YMHUG:
