Levemir pens to give away

Hello everyone!

Right now I have 4 extra Levemir pens that I bought very recently, but the expiration date of the pens is August 2014. Since my cat is having very small doses of insulin, I'm definitely not going to use more than the one I'm using until August. I wouldn't mind giving the pens to someone who needs them, but I'm living in Denmark, Europe. Is there anyone in this forum who would like to get them? Levemir pens for free ;-). I also thought of taking them to the vet clinic, but I'd prefer to given them to someone who actually needs them.

Maybe save a pen, think they will only last 6 weeks when they are open. I have four in the fridge that will last til next year, so maybe we can share. I cant belive how expensive just getting the reciept from the vet is. 140 kr. Did you pay the same? I live in Helsingør.

I have a pen that's almost full (from the set of 5), so I'm going to keep that one. The last one lasted for almost 3 months giving normal doses to Juno and given Juno's numbers nowadays I don't think I can use all of it until August. I don't think I paid anything to get the receipt. Juno cannot see the vet as he becomes too stressed (he got very sick last time he stayed at the clinic), so to get the prescription I simply called to the vet clinic. I'm going to try to contact some shelters as well.
 
Glad to see there are some others near you that might be able to use them and/or share next time you order pens. I hope something will work out. Sorry my friend was travelling elsewhere!
