Leukoran and refrigeration Q

I know this is a little ot, but I'm hoping that someone knows if Leukoran is ruined if not refrigerated for 3 days. Thanks.

I used leukeran, but never left if out (thank goodness)! I'd call the pharmacist first thing and ask.
