Hi everyone!

First Milo, the kitty I was sitting. He's got bloodwork en route to MSU right now for IAA and Acro tests, I hope she will get results Friday. Now that we know you can call and get the result yourself, I will give her that tip. Thanks Holly! He's at 9u as of last night and doing very well other than he needs more insulin. Jen's doing a great job with him and I met her at the vet's office yesterday .. he looks great! He is still very afflicted with neuropathy but he's gaining control of his legs and he's picked up quite a bit of speed LOL He only bit me once, but in his defense, I was holding chicken, and his vision isn't very good.

Leo is doing pretty darn well. Decided he hated pill pockets this week so we were forced to switch to Friskies Hairball treats to hide his meds in. He also decided that he hates Poultry Platter and Supreme Supper this week which reduced us 2 more flavors on the Foods Leo Likes list. Friskies needs to quit messing with their formulas! He's getting a haircut this week, his belly hair is 4" long and he's getting hairballs bleh.. Every time he coughs, I panic and think it's his heart.

(for anyone that doesn't know, Leo is an acrocat, so don't panic at the rest of this paragraph) His numbers are in flux right now but coming down after a series of 100s, then skipped shots, BCS doses and decreases and increases. We're holding pretty steady at this dose and he's definitely feeling good so I think he's where he needs to be... 28.5u at the moment.

Leo is always near me, even if I'm on the couch and he wants to chill on the floor.. this is his idea of cuddling with me. He has lots of hair, no?

Awwww, Leo is adorable cat_pet_icon Give him a good belly rub for me and Webber

What a beautiful boy!! Him and Buddy could become fast friends, Buddy likes to lay with all fours straight in the air. LOL
Isn't it funny the positions they like to sleep in??

That tummy is just begging for a face to be buried into it.
OMG that's where I would spend my time. He is just so beautiful.
What a special boy he is.

What does he think of the haircuts and does he get them often?
if nothing else, he sure looks super comfy there!
A very handsome gentle giant.

Yes  Love that belly! :-D

Are you giving him his haircut yourself? What about his beautiful tail? I still haven't gathered enough courage to do Meowzi's. She bit me last night

And enquiring minds would like to know - do you taste like chicken? What was Milo's verdict? confused_cat

Thanks everyone!

Yep Choy-Foong, Milo believes I taste like chicken LOL Sorry bout the Meowzi Bite, was she looking for chicken?

I will do Leo's haircut myself, I did his first and only one last summer and it took me like an hour just doing a little bit at a time. He sat very still and was a really good boy. I will not touch his beautiful tail, but I had to cut 2 clumps out of it this week due mats caused by something he swished it through. I will take some pretty pics of him for next week's caturday report

What a beautiful site it is to see how healthy and happy he is now. You have done a fantastic job with him. Leo is such a lucky, lucky boy. :)
