I overslept this morning, so Zoozey got his shot an hour late. I've really been trying very hard to be consistent because it's better for him and his BG readings are FINALLY starting to normalize. I haven't screwed him up have I? Will I get a low or high reading this evening if I give him his shot at his regular time? Any advice you have would be appreciated. I've recorded my injection times on my spreadsheet.

To get back on schedule, you can shift the time by 15 minutes each shot for a total of 30 minutes per day, or change the time by 30 minutes once per day. The former is a more gradual transistion and when just starting out and titrating the dose, I think preferable because an earlier shot acts like a dose increase and a late shot acts like a dose decrease.

Shift the 1st shot 15 minutes earlier than this morning's shot.
Shift the 2nd shot 15 minutes earlier than the previous shot.
Shift the 3rd shot 15 minutes earlier than the previous shot.
And then you're back on schedule with the 4th shot.

This is how you manage daylight savings time changes, too.

Thanks BJM! I'll do that. Zoozey's bg readings have just started to stabilize in the last few days, and he's really starting to feel good again. I just didn't want to jack with that.
