wednesday am larry will start 1 U 2x day of lantus
we r excited and hope to see even better numbers.
the vet was impressed with his numbers on N but i told him hes too high from about the 9 hr. on until his next shot.
he showed me a way to ear test i have never seen except on dogs! but it looks even harder, now that i learned this other way. plus larry is NEVER that still, (petrified by fear), for me. glad hes not pertrified, but u know what i mean.
my poor baby was so terrified he peed all over the vet

So Larry "christenened" the vet, did he?

I bet the vet is used to that sort of thing.

Here's hoping that Larry does better on the Lantus than he was doing on the Novolin N.

yep! its sad but funny, depending how u look at it. (wonder if the vets read these boards?)
up until today, larry would always pee in the carrier on the way to the vet, and do #2 in the carrier on the way home. poor baby
so i told the dr. as he was picking him up (not really thinking it, just possibly), he may pee on u. he said ok, and was carrying him. i was behind them, and all of a sudden i see pee going everywhere! all over my wall, floor, etc. omg. the vet turned him so that he just sprayed my living room down good, and didnt get much on him (vet). grrr oh well. haha
hes the saddest, stillest, most pitiful creature i have ever seen on a vet table. he does not move! they always say how good he is. its terror. awww
