Lantus storage

I accidently left the Lantus out on the counter for about 2 hours. Is it safe to use?

Yes.

Yep it is still safe to use, with human diabetics they don't refrigerate it, we do just to prolong the life of it, as cats don't use it up as fast as humans do.

From the Lantus web site: .... the open vial can be kept unrefrigerated for up to 28 days away from direct heat and light, as long as the temperature is not greater than 86°F (30°C).

As long as it's not over 86F in your house, Lantus is fine if left out accidentally :smile:
