Lantus in transit for five days how will I know if still good. Thanks

I have purchased Lantus from a member- it has been with USPS for five days, scheduled to arrive tomorrow.
Concerned about the affect Lanus might have, at this point .
I still haven’t received yet... it’s been out of refrigeration for five days now, not scheduled to arrive until end of day tomorrow.
How will I know if it is good, if it was in a hot truck, etc? I don’t think there is any way of knowing?

If it's clear with no floaties, it's probably fine but it may not be as effective as fresh.

It really needs to be shipped with an ice pack and either overnighted or at least Priority (2-3 days)
