Experienced Lantus users - please stop by this new user.

The spreadsheet has some odd data -

It is looking like every few shots he goes low and you cannot safely shoot. Then there's a series of pre-shots where the numbers are in the 300s. I'm actually wondering if he might need a dose DEcrease.
