I am talking about the AMPS and PMPS, there seems to be no system to her at all, nothing has changed at home, her diet is still the same, some days she can be in the 15's then in the 5's the next day. Should we take her to the vet to see if there is something we're missing? She was 20.6 amps, and 17.3 pmps today so we upped her dose from 0.1 to 0.25.

Without getting some inbetween tests during the cycles we can’t tell you what is happening. Kitty could be dropping low during the cycles and bouncing back up high at the end of the cycles.
Try and get at least 1 test in during every cycle. That may give you an answer.

Also I notice you have increased the dose in the last day. Levemir dosing is based on the nadir not the preshot. Five days ago 0.1 got her down to 79 and now you have increased the dose. I would reduce the dose back to 0.1 unit and get some midcycle tests in to see what’s going on.
