No, you're fine! I've been a little miffed since they sent the lab results over and I noticed all the HIGHS/LOWS. Now that you mentioned it I'm surprised they didn't do a Comprehensive Panel. I assumed they would.

Panic seems meh, she's not meatloafing but she's laying on her side sleeping (if she's feeling good she usually sticks her feet in the air to sleep). Appetite is still gone, the vet said she got her to eat but when I asked how much she said it was just a quarter can of her FF which is basically nothing. I gave her 2mg of zofran again earlier but still nothing. I've been finger feeding her chicken baby food. She's drinking a lot of water though so she's getting her fluids at least.

Aha I could sure use a smidge of chocolate right about now!
The only thing I’d worry about is the low WBCs, eosinophils, and neutrophils. There are different things that can result in that and I’m not a vet so you’ll need to talk to your vet. They wouldn’t be indicative of pancreatitis. You’d need a snapfPL or specfPL for that.

I’m not seeing any other red flags. I wouldn’t worry about the elevated MCH, MCHC. MCH tells how much is hemoglobin is in the red blood cell and we already know it’s high. That can occur from dehydration. High MCHC often occurs due to the way the blood was drawn.

Sending tons of vines. I hope your vet will work with you to get this diagnosed.
