Kitty is still telling time. She woke me up during the night wanting her 1 can of Fancy Feast at 2am. I did not test her. But, this morning she was 241. It appears that every cycle after giving fluids we are continuing to get lower numbers.

Kitty is happy and feels good this morning! Still holding out for a miracle!!!

Hoping for miracles, too! You have probably already tried everything, but just in case---sometimes Squamee would not wake me at night if I left frozen food out just before I went to sleep.

I leave frozen food out when I'm gone during the day & at night also. I don't know how in the world you get up in the middle of the night & feed her! Glad she feels good!

I went home at Kitty's +8 to test and shoot...she was 224. So, I waited 20 mins and retested and she was 228---appears she was surfing along. I started to wait her out and see how long she could hold, but I had to go back to work. So, I shot a skinny 3.7 (maybe 3.5) and told her I would be back soon!

I love the low yellows--and though I "know" she is not going low, it is still intimidating to shoot into them at +8.

So, the dose I shot was a slight reduction--probably a fat 3.5 at midcylce--I decided to test at +5 to see what was going on....279--50 points higher than her preshot, and at her preshot she appeared not to be going up---but, surfing.

Question---Firs,t I know I will tell more by her pmps--but, did I reduce too much (though very little) or is her liver not liking the large dose on the lower numbers? This resembles a cycle on 8/6 with like results.

One note--I did feed at +3.5 of the midcycle--but, I called myself doing that strategically-- as it appeared the small meals at 2 am had no negative effect on her amps-- in fact, I thought it might be helping.

Curious what you think?

I knew at +5 the midcycle wasn't looking good....pmps 373. I am assuming the 3.5 was way short on the 224 midcycle preshot.

I shot 3.9 units tonight.....

Hummm, it's hard to tell right now, it could be either, although the +5 is still within meter varience. Lets see what her PS is and go from there.

Yay for a yellow day.

wonderful that shw was surfing the yellows for awahile!
great news there!
Keep up the great work!
