Kit's holding up ground. We're doing awesome. A little blue yesterday afternoon, but nothing we couldn't handle...it was still a beautiful number. Everyday I tell him how proud I am of him.

I have to admit, I'm not following the "Trail Rules" as I only read them on another thread in the TR a couple of days ago....but I'm testing everyday so I guess that's good? It's "relaxed" lol.

I'm sooooooo happy today!!!! After giving Kit his favourite food and a big hug...my mind started wondering on summer holidays and even weekend getaways lol. But most of all....weekend sleep-ins! WHOOO HOOO!! (I really don't want to boast, so pls no one feel bad...eeeek!)
 
Sammy wants to come to the party. He is feeling pretty good lately with his lower numbers. Sorry I'm late to such a wonderful party. Kitten is OTJ!!! WOW! What fantastic news, Lil. You've done such an amazing job treating your sweet furguy. You found FDMB, Lil, gave yourself a crash course in feline diabetes learning everything you could about it in such a short period of time, and then applied all you'd learned in your beautiful treatment of Kitten. Well done, Lil and Kitten! Wishing you both the best spring and summer EVER...and without all of those early, early mornings and pokey-pokey-poke-pokes :-D .

Thanks Eva! It was great that he was diagnosed over the Christmas holidays as it gave me 2 weeks to do nothing but research and live on FDMB lol.

Just wanted to update on Kit: tested him today out of curiosity and got a 70 - so whoo hoo! It may take a bit before I stop wanting to check up on him constantly.

It took me a year to stop testing Maxwell every week and another 6 months after that to stop testing him twice a month, now mom has finally relaxed and he only gets tested when something seems off or because he is being such a pest when I'm testing Musette...lol

Awww thanks Celi! It's never to late to PARTY!!! Kit's always up for party goers & visitors especially since his beans are so excited that they get to go to sleep now! lol.
