What are we thinking? I don't have a lot of data to suggest what might happen shooting 0.2 on this number.

I am not comfortable giving a lot of dosing advice---but, I can see why you think you need to reduce from the .2, given the numbers from last night.

I always think you should dose conservatively until you have data to support otherwise. If you undershoot, you can always increase the next cycle if needed. I would go with my gut and reduce, gather the data and adjust the next cycle if necessary.

Ok, thanks....if 0.2 would do the same thing it would be fine, I just have a feeling for whatever reason she's gonna respond stronger to it, and she's starting lower. Gonna go with a full 0.1.

No suck luck it seems, guess 0.2 is gonna be her dose unless anything crazy starts happening.

It does look that way, but who knows? She's always up for a surprise. :mrgreen:

With the addition of the pancreas to the ball game, there is not likely to be an "ideal" dose that you can stick with. It's more likely that you will be adjusting. (sorry - not what you wanted to hear)

The good news is that we would think she will be headed OTJ (anti-jinx). And that you are really getting in tune with how to use food to help and when to intervene with what.

Yeah, you never know with her....husband was getting coffee when I was drawing syringe this am and said, "really!..there's nothing even in it." Ridiculous

Well, I don't think there will be much more movement today, and it's sunny, and I have some gutters to replace....so guess I'll be on my way. I need a nap though.

It's still early in the cycle, just because she didn't nose dive doesn't mean she won't get a nice +6.

Alright I hung out for one more, +5 193. This is probably it for her in terms of dropping. Getting a new meter tonight, bought mine in the middle of her first crisis and didn't really have time to shop around, getting a relion. Hopefully they'll be somewhat similar.
