? Ketone testing question with Nova Plus Max

I'm using blood drop from the ear and it reads 0.4. After reading this post , I'm thinking that's ok. Would love some reassurance from anyone more experienced. I'm testing not because she is showing any signs, but because she was recently diagnosed and BG is running high. Thanks.

Yes, from what I understand, readings below 0.6 are normal (for humans) and to diagnose DKA, the number would be in the 2.4-2.6 range
