Should I shoot 8tonight she just got done finally eaten

She earned a reduction to 8.5 units last night. How far after shot time are you? And how long since you tested?

I just tested at 1030 she has been grazing eaten since 7 that's when I texted her before she ate

She just got done eating also

Typically wet eat, then feed, then shoot. It can all be done within 15 minutes or so. The Lantus doesn't onset for a couple hours, so they don't have to eat all their dinner at once. I fed Neko several meals over the first part of the cycle.

I test before food then before shooting i check again. I know it will go up and sometimes I feel it doesn't go up that much n wasn't sure to stick to 9 I did shoot8.5
